We stand by the quality of our legendary Tupperware products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that many of our products are also backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against chipping, cracking, breaking, or peeling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unused Tupperware products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids and components are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
